Le principal changement a constitu\u00e9 en une <strong>mon\u00e9tisation du CPF<\/strong>, le Compte Personnel de Formation. Dor\u00e9navant, les salari\u00e9s voient leur CPF <strong>cr\u00e9dit\u00e9 en euros<\/strong> et plus en heures. Chaque salari\u00e9 aura son CPF cr\u00e9dit\u00e9 de <strong>500 \u20ac par an<\/strong>. Le montant sera <strong>plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 5 000 \u20ac<\/strong>. Pour les salari\u00e9s <strong>sans qualification<\/strong>, le CPF sera major\u00e9, il sera cr\u00e9dit\u00e9 de <strong>800 \u20ac par an<\/strong>. Le montant sera <strong>plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 8 000 \u20ac<\/strong>. Pour adapter la dur\u00e9e de la formation aux besoins de la personne, le CPF pourra \u00eatre <strong>abond\u00e9 par les entreprises<\/strong>et par des accords collectifs de branches.<\/p>\n<p>Le calcul pour les salari\u00e9s <strong>\u00e0 temps partiel<\/strong> se fait logiquement <strong>au prorata<\/strong> des heures travaill\u00e9es. Il en est de m\u00eame pour les <strong>demandeurs d\u2019emploi<\/strong> qui, pour rappel n\u2019accumulent pas de cr\u00e9dits lors de la p\u00e9riode du <strong>ch\u00f4mage<\/strong>. Pour les salari\u00e9s <strong>ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 des heures<\/strong> de CPF au moment de l\u2019entr\u00e9e en application de la r\u00e9forme, le Minist\u00e8re du travail a fix\u00e9 le <strong>taux de conversion<\/strong> de l\u2019heure \u00e0 <strong>15\u20ac TTC<\/strong>(toute taxe comprise).<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>entreprises<\/strong> participent au <strong>financement<\/strong> des actions de <strong>formation continue<\/strong> de leur personnel et des demandeurs d&#8217;emploi en payant une contribution annuelle appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0<strong>cotisation formation professionnelle<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb et cela quel que soit le nombre de salari\u00e9s, la nature de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 et le statut juridique (entreprise individuelle ou soci\u00e9t\u00e9). Le <strong>montant<\/strong> ce cette cotisation d\u00e9pend du <strong>nombre de salari\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nos\u00a0<strong><a title=\"fran\u00e7ais des affaires entreprises \u00e0
